Shipping policy

Musetti Singapore endeavours to fulfil the deliveries to your doorstep. However, Musetti Singapore shall not be liable or responsible in any way for any late delivery or failure to deliver due to unforeseen circumstances such as vehicle breakdowns, traffic congestions, bad weather, road accidents, road works or disasters.

Delivery is only within main island Singapore except Tuas and Sentosa. Delivery service is not available to offshore islands and highly restricted areas such as Jurong Island, PSA ports, army camps, airport terminals, and etc. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for the complete list of restricted areas. Alternatively, you may contact our Customer Service for further assistance.

As delivery is handled by a third-party logistics provider, we do not have direct control over their delivery schedule and are unable to provide delivery at a specific timing or date.
